Here’s a great smoked salmon dip recipe for a quick (mouthwatering) appetizer from our friend Mary Ellen Carter. Great for picnics, potlucks or when company drops in.

• 8 oz. FAIRHAVEN BAY SEAFOODS wild, alder-smoked Alaskan salmon, either Sockeye or Pink (with liquid from package)
• 8 ounces of cream cheese
• 2 - 4 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
• Fresh lemon juice – enough so you can taste it (about ¼ cup)
• Optional pinch of crushed red pepper
Beat first two ingredients together until well blended and fluffy. Add lemon juice and dill last. Transfer to a small bowl, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Service with crackers, toast rounds, bagels, chips or veges. Enjoy!

None of our products are candied. Hot smoked, slightly sweet and salty, packed in their own natural juices. Very moist and flaky.
